It was not a remarkable day except for the amount of work I managed to get done. I have been entering and reconciling data for all of 2014 to ready for the year end at De Vellis Auto Centre. I work in an office with two heaters as the cinder block building makes for a Bob Cratchit work environment. Marcello, the owner is no Ebenezer though and along with his salesman Rick and mechanic Sean, I always enjoy being there. They are super nice guys who almost make me take back anything negative I’ve ever said about used car salesmen. I can still see myself driving that 2002 Porsche Boxter, visions of it dance in my head but for today I put my ’98 Pathfinder in for a check up and oil change, also cost a few pennies to replace the wind deflectors that some vandal ripped off.
Finished what I could, hugs all around and I shall return for a morning before heading home in January. I got home and started reorganizing my truck which Shannon will be driving home. Was talking to the VP of our strata and got the heads up that there will be another Special Assessment soon…. And there went the visions…. Sigh.
Managed to get organized and ready for my flight in the morning then Mom and I had dinner and watched We Bought A Zoo. I am finally done work for 2014!!!!!!!! It will be interesting how long it takes my system to realize that and let me sleep.
Speaking of which I must attempt to do so now as I have a long day tomorrow
