09-12-21 Stormy Day
Today involved many of my favourite things. I discovered early that I had not finished watching the final season of Downton Abbey so I started bingeing it. I received a call from my cousin Rosie that she was in Kimberley looking after her mom and wanted to go for lunch. I got myself ready and she picked me up to head to Mr. Mikes. We had a good meal and a wonderful catch up. I haven’t made it to Blind Bay to see her in over a year. She had barely dropped me off when the sky opened up. I began filming and in just over 5 minutes a crazy storm blew threw. It was just a good excuse to keep watching my show as I was not going to be building my bbq after all. I did make my hello fresh which was so delicious I wanted to eat both servings. Lance stopped by to pick up the hood for my jeep. We had a good long chat in the driveway. It is one of my most fave things when clients become friends.
And now I am watching the finale of Downton which means I will have to watch the movie again as well. All in all, a lovely day, storm and all.
