09-17-21 Great times with new and old
Ok so I woke up this morning to the results from my hip x-ray and need to hava. Talk with my doctor to confirm what it means. It seems my Iliac Crest has issues which Dr. Google tells me explains most of my symptoms. Seems that weight loss and physio are in my best interest. I look forward to hearing what she has to say. I did look up the best diet changes and all I can say is What IS left!!

bought my first pumpkin of the season, It seems Fall is here!!!!
Got my guests settled in to the space and headed to the Guedes house for a delicious Roast Beef dinner with the meet being supplied by Rae’s bosses dad, Mannie who just sold his catering business and ha d a spare roast. I t was melt-in-the-mouth. Good visit with all and then I headed out to visit with a new set of friends whose invitation I dared not put off one more time. We had a good time and then carried on to a mutual friends house, This was an especially great visit for me as I used to hang out in that house most every Friday night back in the 80’’s. Just like back the the guitars came out and next thing you know it is 2:30 in the morning and I had to leave as tomorrow has it’s obligations. I was so relaxed and just had fun with dear people!! There is nothing like kitchen table jam sessions with a group of talented musicians!!
I am sure there is more to discuss but I am in the joy zone and need to hit the hay. Love to all!!
