11-24-22 My baby is back
I am obsessed about how close I am to a solid 40 pounds gone since Jan 2nd. The problem is I have had such a crazy schedule that I haven’t gone and bought fruit or healthy breakfast options in a while so I am mostly maintaining. I was happy to weigh in and have Noom give me a cheerful message this morning though.
I was jumping all over with files today, frustrated by not once but twice having to redo payroll as information was not given to me originally. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but I have a lot going on and don’t want to make a further problem. I let myself get too hungry and bitchy so when I had to take my car to the dealership to have the service done and the new proper roof rack installed, I stopped first to do a deposit for FPPAS and then at Arby’s for a sandwich to go. Wyatt from the dealership drove me back to work where I took the time to put up the tree outside my office. It makes me happy. I am still debating whether I am putting one up at home.
I must say I am thrilled to have my car back and looking sharp.
I assisted a loved one with some official paperwork and then one last client over the phone to get her file issues sorted before heading home which landed me there around 7:30 and I had dinner ready just after 8. It was tasty and I am relaxed now. Just started sneezing though so should probably go to bed as tomorrow is another crazy one. By the time Saturday rolls around I will have worked 14 in a row and I actually wrote on my calendar that day DO NOT WORK.
I nearly missed the fact that it was American Thanksgiving. I really do appreciate my friends who live there and want only happy for them.
