03-19-26 Rotary Day
Rotary lunch was great as our assistant governor Al Dyck gave a presentation about what we do around the world. The meal was very good at the heritage butter, chicken and rice and naan and salad.
I worked on the couple of tax returns that sent me information and then the Rotary newsletter for the afternoon. After that, I headed to encore as it was Rotary rocks night at trivia. Unfortunately, one of our four teams did not win and it was proven that Colin’s team who he tells me should be playing for charity wasn’t really because they did not donate the money to our charity as we hoped they would, lol. We all did have a lot of fun though although I found myself overstimulated and agitated by the sound in there and Brett was awesome to join me at Fenwick and Baker where we sat in the peace and relative quiet and had a good visit. I am glad to be home and I’m looking forward to the weekend.
