10-06-26 low energy
Today was a blur of work and rehearsal. Last night I doubled the medication I take at night for the nerve pain with the doctors permission.
I think it may have affected my energy level today as I felt a little bit like I’ve been walking through mud. Hopefully, it’s a short term transition.
Tomorrow will be a better day
