11-01-26 Strike Day
I had a decent sleep in and then got up and coloured my hair got ready and went to the theatre to put it all away. The two builders were there busy with their screw guns taking things apart. Rory and Amy, Nikki, Michael, Tinna and I with help from Camille the set painter brought all the things down to the basement. I did one load down and then played Tetris putting everything in a good fit. I was very disappointed, not to have been given a program even though I had asked for one two or three times from the office administrator. I did text her and she said she had some in her office, but Rory checked and couldn’t find any where she said they were. I did ask Amy is opinion and she recommended email and ask her to print some more which I did and they ought to be ready after 5:30 tomorrow. They will be put in a spot where the rest of the cast can pick them up too, but the sad thing is I like to get my program, signed by the rest of the cast members.
I help Rory take down the banners from the front of the building while Amy was painting the floor of the stage and then I went next-door and found Tinna having a bevie with Steph, our props lady. I joined them for a beverage and the scotch egg before driving Tinna back up to her van
Once I got home, I did a bunch of chores like watering plants, stripping beds and doing laundry. And then I ran out of energy so I watched the Netflix documentary about Matthew Perry, which is a three part and it was extremely poignant and well done.
I’ve now begun to watch Below, and I’m still not sure how I feel about it because it’s very suspenseful, even though I love Newfoundland and iceberg alley and the accents and everything else 
I do plan to get to bed fairly soon as I have much to do this week during the day so I don’t wanna get there too late
I did download a little capybara app to track the intake of my proteins and water, etc. while I’m on the semi glutides and trying to get a proper food regiment while I’m doing it
